Okay, the DBS dude has promised me that they will call me today
to inform me that my chequebook is ready for pickup.
I'm gonna give 1.1 :1 odds that they won't call.
Yes, when it comes to DBS, I'm that
cynical. 
You could pre-empt it by calling them first. Then you won't have
to guess at 5pm whether they actually had your chequebook.
